312 College Ave is the best place to live in Collegetown. I lived here my sophomore, junior and senior year and it was the best decision I could have made. The building has 2 study rooms and a gym, which is very convenient for the residents, given Ithaca’s weather. Management is very friendly, helpful and efficient. 312 College is just 5 minutes away from campus and it has an underground parking garage for residents who have a car and want to lease a space to park.
